ELC Program
The Educational Leadership Consultant (ELC) program provides customized education and leadership development support and resources for students to enhance and add value to their collegiate experience. ELCs are recent college graduates who serve in a visible role for Theta through in-person and/or virtual visits.
Member Orientation
Member orientation is a four-to-six-week introduction to Kappa Alpha Theta, including education on organizational values, expectations and benefits of membership, and tools that assist members in attaining their highest aspirations as a member of Theta.
Officer Training
Kappa Alpha Theta is committed to ensuring officers feel prepared to lead and serve their chapter through onboarding and ongoing training and development opportunities.
