Chapter Beginnings
Epsilon Rho Chapter, of Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, was added to Theta’s rolls in 1984. Lehigh was founded after the Civil War, and 120 years later, Epsilon Rho’s charter members represented not only the United States but also France, Japan, and Honduras.

From the very beginning, Theta alumnae have distinguished themselves in their careers and their volunteer endeavors. In fact, some are so well-known that they’re household names, and many have the distinction of being the first women in their professional fields.
