"Day 1: This evening brought a lot of smiles to my face. While I was walking to the district meetings, I saw something quite cool. The hotel arranged for our Fraternity letters to be cast in light on the hills across the way. Our giant letters glowed proudly against the backdrop of Tucson's hills. The lights brought a smile to my face and reminded me just how big and great this Fraternity truly is. This was not the only thing to make me smile. Here are a few others: Meeting fellow blogger Jennifer Hinfey, Theta Foundation trustee. Playing icebreaker games at the collegian mixer and meeting sisters from all over the country. Reuniting with fellow New Yorker Cassidy Merriam, NYC Alumnae Chapter President. A busy day. A full day. And now we are all off for some well-deserved rest."
