Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation is delighted to announce the college and alumnae members and chapters who received scholarships and grants during the 2019-2020 fiscal year!
During this milestone year for Kappa Alpha Theta, we are humbled to unveil that we awarded the highest amount of scholarship funding in our organization’s history: $869,130. These scholarship dollars will support 308 college and alumnae members as they pursue undergraduate and graduate study during the upcoming academic year. Established by individuals and college and alumnae chapters with an unwavering belief in the potential of Thetas everywhere, our scholarships stand as a testament to the support the bonds of sisterhood can provide throughout life’s endeavors.
We are also proud to continue our long-standing tradition of supporting Thetas in their educational endeavors by awarding grants totaling more than $23,000 to 20 college and alumnae members and one college chapter to participate in non-degree educational, leadership, and service-learning programs. These experiential learning opportunities are helping Thetas make a difference on their campuses, in their communities, and around the world.
It is an honor to help our Theta sisters learn, grow, and thrive during these uncertain, unprecedented times. We invite you to join us in congratulating these remarkable women on their incredible accomplishments!
